On Saturday, January 10th, 2026, at approximately 1818 hours, I was dispatched to [70 BLOCK] Hall St in reference to a fight with juveniles.

Once on scene, I spoke with [VICTIM #1] (other), who stated that her cousin [REDACTED] (other) had texted her to come down to their grandmother’s house. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she arrived at the residence ([10 BLOCK] Hall St), she was attacked by [REDACTED], [REDACTED] (other), [REDACTED] (other), [REDACTED] (other), and [REDACTED] (other). Mrs. [VICTIM #1] also stated that one of the boys had pulled a knife on her.

I then went and spoke with the members of the [REDACTED] family. I first spoke with [REDACTED], who stated that the situation started when [VICTIM #1] had stated some obscene things to her when she was riding a scooter past their residence at [70 BLOCK] Hall St. When asked [REDACTED] stated that she did text Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to come to the residence, but stated that when Mrs. [VICTIM #1] arrived, she began attacking them and had scratched her sister, [REDACTED] in the face and had body slammed one of her brothers. No mention of the knife was brought up by [REDACTED].

I spoke with [WITNESS #1] (other), who stated that she was inside the residence and had witnessed the altercation, but I was unable to understand what she was saying.

After speaking with the [REDACTED] family, I returned to [70 BLOCK] Hall St. to inform the [REDACTED] family of the current situation, but was interrupted by Pamela Williams (offender). Pamela Williams approached Sgt. Stripling and I, along with Mrs. Williams, became irate, screaming and yelling, and refused to obey multiple commands to stop yelling and calm down. Mrs. Williams also stated that “she would beat everyone’s a*s”.

Mrs. Williams was placed under arrest, handcuffed to the rear, double locked, checked for fit, and placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle.

Warrants have been issued for Pamela Williams, and a J5 report will be completed for the incident involving the juveniles.
