On June 12, 2026 at 1939 I responded to [600 BLOCK] Boulevard Dr lot [REDACTED] in reference to an assault.

Prior to arriving the complainant Tiffany Sallywhite advised she was assaulted by her mother and daughter.

On arrival Sallywhite advised she was kicked in her stomach by her daughter and both her mother and daughter drug her from inside the house to outside. During this interview Sallywhite was highly intoxicated and could not give me a complete story on the events that occurred prior to law enforcement arriving.

I made contact with the [VICTIM #1] and the juvenile daughter I interviewed them separately they both stated, Sallywhite in an intoxicated stated began calling the children offensive names and at one point made a threat saying “come outside I’ll shoot you”. [VICTIM #1] stated when hearing this she told Sallywhite to get out of the home, when doing this Sallywhite kicked her in the stomach. [VICTIM #1] stated the juvenile grabbed her and kicked her in the stomach while dragging her out of the home, they stated Sallywhite stated she would call 911. Sallywhite requested EMS due to her possibly being pregnant she was cleared and refused to be transported, it was unknown at the time if she was legitimately pregnant

I advised that due to [VICTIM #1] allowing Sallywhite back in the home we could not deciding when she wanted her there and when she wanted to kick her out. I advised [VICTIM #1] that she would again have to get an eviction notice or TPO to avoid any other incidents. Due to Sallywhite making the altercation physical and causing a disturbance, Sallywhite was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, while in my vehicle Sally White proceeded to vomit in the back of my vehicle this confirmed her severe impairment.

Sallywhite was transported to the jail for booking with a disorderly conduct citation under the city ordinance.
