On Monday, August 10, 2026, I responded to [700 BLOCK] Boulevard Drive in reference to threats.
On arrival, I spoke with [WITNESS #1] who stated Tiffany Salleywhite came to her residence and threatened her 12 year old daughter [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated she was on the phone with [VICTIM #1] and heard the conversation between her and Salleywhite. [WITNESS #1] stated she heard Salleywhite tell her daughter to come outside. [WITNESS #1] stated she could not really hear anything other than Salleywhite telling [VICTIM #1] to come outside.
I then spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated she was at home when Salleywhite knocked on the door. [VICTIM #1] stated Salleywhite initially asked to speak with her mother. [VICTIM #1] stated she told Salleywhite she was not home and Salleywhite then repeateldy told her to come outside. [VICTIM #1] stated when she did not go outside, Salleywhite told her the next time she came to her house she was going to knock her out.
While speaking with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1], it was brought to my attention Salleywhite was involved in a hit and run. [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] stated they observed Tiffany Salleywhite have an accident in a white Kia Forte. [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] stated they were at the bus stop at the intersection of Salem Road and Boulevard Drive when they observed the white Kia Forte travelling south on Salem Road. [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] stated the white vehicle attempted to turn left onto Boulevard Drive and missed the road causing it to hit the ditch. [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] then stated the vehicle stopped after the impact and then left the scene turning right onto [700 BLOCK] Boulevard Drive.
We contacted Tiffany Salleywhite who was actively drinking a beer. Salleywhite was highly intoxicated, unsteady on her feet and slurring her words. I asked Salleywhite if she was involved in the accident and she stated no. Salleywhite then stated she does not drive the vehicle after 5 PM. I advised Salleywhite it was only 4 PM. Salleywhite continued to deny driving the vehicle and stated she had recordings on her phone to prove she was not driving. Salleywhite’s daughter brought her phone and we asked her to show us the recording. Salleywhite failed to show us any recording after asking several times. Salleywhite then stated her daughter was driving the vehicle. Salleywhite’s daughter contested and stated she just got home from school and was not in the vehicle at all. Salleywhite’s other daughter, [WITNESS #2] came up and stated she saw Salleywhite driving the car and almost hit everyone at the bus stop. Salleywhite was then placed under arrest. Salleywhite was transported to the McDuffie County LEC by Deputy Cato from the McDuffie County Sheriff’s Office.
