On October 18th, 2025 at approximately 06:00 I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Union Hill Apartments in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival myself and Officer Rodgers noticed a black female waving us down near the [REDACTED] unit. Myself and Officer Rodgers made contact with the female to which she stated that a male individual had went “crazy” inside the residence. When walking inside the residence I noticed a black male wearing a blue shirt sitting on the couch with his hand covered in blood. I also noticed blood stains on the floor and on the couch. I also noticed another black male in the kitchen. When walking over towards the kitchen I noticed the male with visible marks on the top of his forehead. I also noticed glass located all throughout the kitchen. Corporal Manning then arrived on scene to assist.
Corporal Manning took the male sitting on the couch who is identified as Munford, Eugene to the bottom of the breezeway. The male in the kitchen was identified as [VICTIM #1] and the complainant was identified as [REDACTED]. When getting statements from both parties they advised me that Mr. Munford had grabbed a coffee pot and hit Mr. [VICTIM #1] on top of his head. They stated that was the only physical contact throughout the entire dispute. I contacted Investigator Jefcoats with the Forsyth Police Department Criminal Investigation Division and advised him of the situation. Monroe County Emergency Medical Services was also notified and also en route. During this time photos of the scene were captured on my LensLock camera.
After sometime EMS arrived on scene to provided medical to all parties. All parties denied medical treatment and signed refusal forms. Mr. Munford was placed under arrest, cuffs were applied, double locked, and checked for fit. Mr. Munford was escorted to the rear passenger seat of my patrol vehicle. I then transported Mr. Munford to the Monroe County Detention Center and custody was exchanged to the Monroe County Jail Staff.
[End of Narrative]
