On December 11th 2024, at approximately 0319 hours, I was dispatched to 325 Cabiness Road, Forsyth Georgia, 31029 in reference to a subject disturbing the store clerk. After further investigation, one female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Upon arrival, I met with the store clerk who advised that the woman in red pants and a black shirt came in and threw a case of water across the store. I recognized this female from a previous call from Royal Seven from earlier this date. I made contact with the subject (later identified to be Jessica Martina Beckford) who advised she had not done anything. 1st Sergeant Hughley asked Jessica for her information and after some time she provided it to us. I reviewed the video footage from the Royal 7 that showed Jessica disturbing everyone in the store during the time prior to our arrival. Jessica was observed throwing items around in the video and continuing to cause a disturbance. I returned to Jessica and advised her she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. I applied my handcuffs, checked for fit and double locked them to avoid injury. Jessica was searched incident to arrest and placed in the rear of Sergeant Hughley’s patrol vehicle and transported to the Monroe County Detention Center and turned over to the jail staff without incident.
Jessica Martina Beckford was issued Uniform Traffic Citations for the following:
Disorderly Conduct O.C.G.A. 16-11-39
