On Thursday March 19, 2026 at approximately 1358, I Deputy Wallace was dispatched to [3200 BLOCK] Old Macon Rd in reference to domestic dispute.

While in route to the residence, a male by the name Ronnie Glover who happened to be a part of the domestic was walking down Old Macon Rd headed towards Georgia Hwy 41 South. I immediately stopped to make contact with Mr. Ronnie and ask him what exactly happened.

Mr. Ronnie stated that he and his girl-friend [VICTIM #1] got into a verbal dispute due to Mr. Ronnie messaging another female without informing miss [VICTIM #1]. Mr. Ronnie stated that no hands were placed on either party, nor were any threats made during the argument. Mr. Ronnie said that as soon as miss [VICTIM #1] had asked him to leave the house, he grabbed his book bag and left the residence which is why he was located by the local authorities walking down Old Macon Rd. Once Deputy Yeager #218 was on scene, I then left and headed to the residence to make contact with miss [VICTIM #1].

Upon arrival to the residence, miss [VICTIM #1] was standing outside on the front porch. I then approach miss [VICTIM #1] and ask her for her license and for her to also explain what might have happened to cause the dispute. Miss [VICTIM #1] then stated that she was at work when she received a text message from Mr. Ronnie meant for another woman. Miss [VICTIM #1] then stated that once finished with work she immediately came home to confront Mr. Ronnie about the message. However, miss [VICTIM #1] said that when she entered her home, she was unable to find Mr. Ronnie due to him hiding in the home but she continued to get texts from him.

Miss [VICTIM #1] then stated that once Mr. Ronnie came out of hiding this is when the arguing began. Miss [VICTIM #1] stated that as soon as she brought up the text message Mr. Ronnie got very defensive and angry. Miss [VICTIM #1] said that Mr. Ronnie then began yelling and throwing things inside the home. [VICTIM #1] then stated that due to past argument she knew Mr. Ronnie was not going to calm down unless the Police were called so she called the Police before Mr. Ronnie potentially put his hands on her.

[VICTIM #1] stated that once she called the Police, she asked Mr. Ronnie to leave. This is when Mr. Ronnie went into their bedroom and began throwing and kicking things before grabbing his bookbag and leaving. I asked [VICTIM #1] if at any point did, she feel in fear of her life to which she stated she did. I then visibly witnessed the shoe print on the TV from where Mr. Ronnie had kicked it as well as the cart of baby things on the floor with the babies’ belongings thrown around the room. It was at this time that I asked [VICTIM #1] wat she wanted to do, to which she stated she wanted charges pressed if possible.

Before leaving the residence and returning to the location on Old Macon Rd where Mr. Ronnie was sitting with Deputy Yeager at, I provided [VICTIM #1] with a case number and how to take out a TPO if desired. I also made her aware of the Care Cottage and the ways that they would be capable of helping her if needed.

Once back out with Mr. Ronnie, I began to ask him about the items thrown around the house and the attempted damage to the TV by kicking it. Mr. Ronnie stated that he knew some things had “fallen over” while he was in the room grabbing his bookbag but that he did not throw anything. Mr. Ronnie also stated that he did not kick the TV and that his shoe print did not in fact match the shoe print on the TV.

I then informed Mr. Ronnie that he was being placed under arrest for violating the County Ordinance for Disorderly Conduct section 2 and 4. Mr. Ronnie’s hands were cuffed behind his back and double locked for fitment. Mr. Ronnie was also searched for any potential weapons or contraband before being placed into the rear passenger seat of my patrol vehicle. I then transported Mr. Ronnie to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office where custody was later turned over to the jail personnel.
