I Deputy Rendon and Deputy Dodd were dispatched to [200 BLOCK] W Vann Circle Lot [REDACTED] at 1453 ours in reference to a domestic dispute. Dispatch advised us that the suspect Adam Bramblett had killed his step daughter, victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Suspect Eliane Staley busted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mouth. We were also advised from dispatch that Adam was attempting to leave the residence and meet with us at the circle K on springplace. When we arrived Adam Bramblett was immediately detained and placed in the back of the patrol car to seperate the parties.

Deputy Dodd spoke to Adam Bramblett and corporal Vannoy spoke to Eliane. I stepped inside the residence with two victims and two witnesses. [VICTIM #1]: victim advised me that she overheard her mother [VICTIM #2] arguing with her stepfather Adam and asked her father Adam to not yell in her mother’s face. I asked [VICTIM #2] what caused the argument she stated to me that she was telling Adam she wanted a divorce and no longer wanted to be with him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Stated thats when Adam and Elaine started yelling at each victim and witness telling them that they are lazy and that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was a wh*re. Adam then threw the dog that belonged to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] against the wall causing physical harm and death to the dog. I asked [WITNESS #1] where the dog was and he showed me where it was at in the field. I could see that the dog was still slow breathing and actively dying.

[WITNESS #1] stated that he did push Elaine when she threw the bag of toys at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Deputy Dodd showed me the rag that the blood from the dog was wiped with. [VICTIM #2] did advise me that she called 911. [VICTIM #2] said that they were standing outside while Adam and Eliane were attempting to take off. [WITNESS #1] also stated that Elaine was trying to run him over with the truck. [VICTIM #2], [WITNESS #1], and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did say that Adam was coming at them in a provoking manner with a tire rod. When I arrived I did not see the tire rod inside the residence. Corporal Vannoy asked where the tire rod was placed, [WITNESS #1] stated that it was placed in the truck.

When I spoke to Adam one of the witnesses, said he was the one who was paying all the bills at the moment, and also saw where Elaine attempted to unplug the Wi-FI from the outlets. He said Elaine was unable to and instead grabbed the trash bag full of toys. I asked all the witnesses besides the busted lip on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her dog being thrown by Adam to the wall if anyone else was injured or hurt by the suspects. They all said no. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] how far along was and if she fell and hurt her stomach in any way. She said she is 13 weeks pregnant.

Deputy Dodd, Corporal Vannoy and I looked closely at her face and I didn’t see anything on her face but I asked her to show me upper lips and bottom lips, and we did notice her upper lip being busted. Deputy Dodd and Corporal Vannoy assisted me in place Elaine in cuffs I placed her in the back of corporal Vannoy’s patrol car. Warrants were taken out on Elaine and Adam. Deputy Dodd and I transported Adam to the jail.
