On 09/12/2025 at about 0302 hours I, Ofc Brackett, responded to [90 BLOCK] Fawn Ridge in reference to a disturbance.

The caller, [VICTIM #1], asked for a phone call prior to my arrival. I called and spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] explained that her daughter, Alyssa Drummond, would not leave her alone and let her sleep. [VICTIM #1] stated she had to leave the house due to Drummond not leaving her alone and yelling at her. [VICTIM #1] stated she had to be at work at 6am, but Drummond would not let her sleep. [VICTIM #1] explained that her son is in jail in Gordon County, and Drummond’s fiancé is also in jail in Cherokee County. [VICTIM #1] stated that Drummond was upset because [VICTIM #1] wanted to help get her son out of jail, but not Drummond’s fiancé.

[VICTIM #1] stated that on the previous date they went to Cherokee County where her son is incarcerated to put money on his books. [VICTIM #1] stated that her son got paid, and she was going to use his card to transfer money to his jail account. [VICTIM #1] stated that Drummond was upset that they were not putting money on her fiancés’ books. [VICTIM #1] stated that she had her son’s wallet with her in her back pocket. [VICTIM #1] stated that when they arrived at the Cherokee jail and got out of the car, Drummond snatched the wallet from her pocket and went to the bathroom. When [VICTIM #1] got the wallet back, the card with the money on it was missing. She stated that Drummond denied taking the card. She also stated that during the drive, Drummond nearly made them wreck by grabbing the steering wheel.

Back home, [VICTIM #1] stated that Drummond went into her ([VICTIM #1]) bedroom and took a cell phone without permission. [VICTIM #1] stated the cell phone belonged to her son and had his financial account information on it. [VICTIM #1] stated Drummond was refusing to give it back until [VICTIM #1] gave Drummond the password to the jail accounts.

After speaking with [VICTIM #1], I told her I would meet her at her house to speak with Drummond. Upon arrival, [VICTIM #1] let me inside. I found Drummond sitting at the kitchen table. I asked Drummond what was going on. Drummond stated she did not want to talk to me, that I had wasted my time coming there and whatever [VICTIM #1] was telling me were lies. She stated she did not have to speak with me. I told her that was true. I then told [VICTIM #1] that Drummond was refusing to speak to me, and asked [VICTIM #1] to talk with her.

[VICTIM #1] stated that Drummond needed to give the phone back and stop being disrespectful. I then asked where the phone was at. [VICTIM #1] stated that Drummond had it and was refusing to give it back. Drummond then spoke up, stating that she was not refusing to give it back, but would give it back when [VICTIM #1] quit accusing her of doing something she did not do. I told Drummond that was not how things worked, and she needed to give her the phone. Drummond then started talking to [VICTIM #1], telling her that she lied about not getting cops involved and she was now disrespecting Drummond.

[VICTIM #1] then stated again that the cell phone had been in her ([VICTIM #1]) bedroom, and that Drummond went into the bedroom without permission and took the phone and went through it. Drummond admitted that she took the phone, but denied taking the card, stating that [VICTIM #1] could have misplaced it and did not remember.

Drummond did not deny that she took the wallet from [VICTIM #1]. She also admitted that she went to the bathroom with the wallet because she had to pee due to being pregnant.

[VICTIM #1] then stated she has also asked Drummond to quiet down due to them having neighbors, and she hasn’t.

Drummond responded by stating she had asked [VICTIM #1] several times for the password to jail accounts. She stated if [VICTIM #1] gave her the password, she would give the phone back. Drummond stated that she is the one that puts money on their books 99% of the time.

I then asked Drummond her age. She stated she was 18, about to be 19. I asked her if she worked. She stated no, but she does Door Dash. I then stated that she does not have a license. She stated no but then blamed [VICTIM #1] for not having a license and not teaching her how to drive. I told Drummond that she’s an adult. She still blamed [VICTIM #1] along with her father. Drummond was starting to get louder as she spoke, and [VICTIM #1] stated she needed to quiet down.

I told Drummond that she was close to learning an adult lesson. She stated that she had no reason to go to jail. I explained to her that she could be arrested for theft and disorderly conduct. Drummond stated that she did not technically take anything because she did not steal anything.

I reminded her that she took the phone that did not belong to her. She stated that was not stealing. I explained to her that it was because she went into someone else’s bedroom and took something that did not belong to her, and was then refusing to give it back. Drummond stated that [VICTIM #1] had not politely asked her to give it back. I told Drummond that [VICTIM #1] was her mother, not her friend and does not have to ask politely.

I then told Drummond that she needed to go get the phone and give it back. Drummond stated that [VICTIM #1] needed to give her the password. I told her no, and that she needed to go get the phone. Drummond then went upstairs. While walking up the stairs, Drummond shouted at [VICTIM #1] to not ever call the cops on her again and shouted “bit*h” from the top of the stairs.

Drummond returned a short time later and gave [VICTIM #1] the phone and told her again she wanted the password. I told Drummond to “come here”, as she was then going to be placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. When I told her to come here, she stated “no” and sat down. I told her to stand up and she stated “no.” I then reached to grab Drummond’s arm to place her in handcuffs. Drummond then began trying to retreat from me and refused to comply. I took hold of her arm, and she resisted by pulling away from and refusing to put her hands behind her. Drummond dropped to the ground. In the process of trying to get her back on her feet, the top of her head came up and hit me in the chin.

I then pinned her on the couch, on her stomach, with one arm behind her. I was then able to get a handcuff on one hand and then force the other behind her to handcuff both hands. During the struggle, Drummond was shouting for her mother, telling her not to let me take her. [VICTIM #1] stayed back but did remind me that Drummond was pregnant and to be careful of the baby. I then led Drummond to my patrol car where she was placed in the back seat. Drummond became apologetic and asked to speak to [VICTIM #1] so she could apologize to her. I told her she should have done that a lot sooner.

I then informed [VICTIM #1] that Drummond was being charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction. [VICTIM #1] stated that it had been nonstop for two days, and she’d been unable to rest due to Drummond’s attitude. She also stated that Drummond forced her way through her ([VICTIM #1]’) bedroom door even when the door was locked by banging on it so hard.

Drummond was then transported to the jail where she was issued citations for the charges and turned over to the jail staff.
