On 09/17/2025 at 1206, I Deputy Weaver responded to [3900 BLOCK] Maple Grove Church Road due to a 911 hang up call and sounded like a verbal domestic.

When arriving I spoke with Rex Evans and Ashley Bannister. Rex and Ashley still continued to argue. Rex then advised me that Ashley arrived home and asked her where she has been and she started yelling at him and then started blaming him for cheating.

Ashley then said that she arrived home and Rex was in the front yard and then blamed Ashley for cheating and sprayed her with the water hose while she was in her car.

Ashley did have water on her and in her car. Both Ashley and Rex both was placed under arrest and transported to the Murray County Detention Center for the booking process of the charges of Disorderly Conduct.
