On 10-15-2025, I went to Murray Lodge to assist Officer Crumbley with a call for service. When I arrived on scene, I spoke with Officer Crumbley about the situation at hand and then relocated upstairs to room [REDACTED] to stand by for property retrieval.

Crystal Hernandez and [VICTIM #1], room mates, were being evicted and gathering belongings. Hernandez was attempting to argue with [VICTIM #1] about being in certain places inside the room while the two were gathering their belongings.

Crystal began to have an attitude with [VICTIM #1] and arguing about items they have split the cost on and who could take it. I advised them that would be a civil issue and can be dealt with through a court hearing. Hernandez did not like that answer and was told to get her belongs out like [VICTIM #1] was.

While [VICTIM #1] was going through the fridge, Hernandez began to yell and use curse words at [VICTIM #1]. This entire time there are other tenants outside, walking on the balcony along with children present. I advised Hernandez to hush and gather her things peacefully without arguing and cursing.

As [VICTIM #1] was going through the fridge, Hernandez approached her again arguing and cursing while [VICTIM #1] was bent down going through it. Hernandez was wanting to argue about what belonged to her inside. When she made it to [VICTIM #1], she threw her bag down, continued to curse loudly while yelling, and then opened the freezer door thus striking [VICTIM #1] in the head.

At that point I placed Hernandez under arrest for disorderly conduct, gathered the bag that she had thrown from her back, and transported her to my patrol vehicle. I searched her incident to arrest prior to placing her in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle.

I transported her to the jail where she was turned over to the jail staff without incident and charged on citation for disorderly conduct.
