On September 06, 2025 I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Levi Cir, Chatsworth GA 30705. I was advised that a male on scene was very drunk and had mental issues and was being aggressive towards people at this location. I arrived on scene and was met by [WITNESS #1] who stated that it was her boyfriend, Gustavo Perez Martinez, and he was very drunk and had fought her Fathers, Wife’s, Brother [VICTIM #1] and been cursing and threatening others. She also told me he would possibly fight me.
I observed Gustavo to be laying down in the back seat of his car and not posing a threat to anyone so I advised 911 to start me another unit due to him possibly becoming combative when contact was made. Deputies Powers and Burchfield arrived on scene and we approached the vehicle.
I then observed Gustavo to be completely naked in the back seat and had feces on his buttocks area, I could also smell the strong odor of a alcoholic beverage coming from inside the car. Deputy Burchfield and I were able to wake Gustavo up and get eventually get him to put his pants back on. We then got him to step out of the car and I decided to detain him into hands cuffs. He was then secured in my patrol unit.
I then spoke again with Miss [WITNESS #1] who stated that it was her birthday and they were having a party but Gustavo has had issues with [VICTIM #1] for some time now and decided to fight him.
I then spoke with Deputy Burchfield who stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] translated for him and [VICTIM #1] stated that Gustavo punched him in the face twice and they went to the ground fighting and a bunch of the others then separated the two. He stated that his nose was bleeding and multiple others confirmed this but he had already cleaned his face up.
I was also told that he threatened [VICTIM #2]. He stated that he looked at him and told him if he was older that he would beat him. [VICTIM #2] also appeared to have been placed in fear by this statement. At this time I decided to take Gustavo to jail due to having enough testimony to take charges on him for Battery for causing harm to [VICTIM #1] and Disorderly conduct for the statements towards [VICTIM #2].
I then transported Gustavo to the Jail where he was turned over to the jail staff with out incident. Deputy Neelley stayed on scene and collected photos and continued collecting statements. Deputy Burchfield also contacted me by phone due to [WITNESS #1], being in fear of Gustavo when he was released from jail and requesting a no contact order. I advised him I would make sure this was documented in my report.
