On 11-11-2025 Sheriff’s Deputies responded to [600 BLOCK] Mantooth Road reference to an alleged Kidnapping/Hostage situation.

The caller who was later identified as Heath Quarles called into 911 dispatch alleging some sort of hostage situation was going on. Dispatch states the caller kept rambling and wouldn’t answer questions when asked. He appeared to be talking to someone else with him. At one point he stated he was going to beat the fu*k out of someone. Deputies responded and attempted to locate where the alleged crime was taking place. Deputies believed the location was to be [600 BLOCK] Mantooth Rd and made contact with the occupants. Shortly after they referred Deputies to Heath Quarles residence and Deputies made contact with him.

I will be charging Mr. Quarles with harassment of a 911 operator/law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct through the Magistrate Court. 42-6 (c)(5) and 42-1 (a)(12).

Mr. Quarles was arrested on 11-18-2025 for the above charges at his residence of [600 BLOCK] Mantooth Road. Sgt. Amos S51, Deputy Smith S270 and Deputy Weaver S72 was on scene for the arrest.
