[WITNESS #1] called in to report that her son [VICTIM #1] and Holly Long was in a argument. [WITNESS #1] advised that Holly Long left with the witness to find her dog that ran off and advised 911 that the truck they was in, was back at the driveway and then left again. [WITNESS #1] advised to 911 that [VICTIM #1] had a knife to his throat and that there was blood as well on his neck by Holly Long where [VICTIM #1] refused EMS to check him out. [WITNESS #1] advised 911 that Holly Long was wearing Blue sweat pants and a Gray hoodie.
Deputy Powers S121 and Corporal Vannoy S46 assisted with the call and did not have any contact with the Silver in color Nissan truck with a drive out tag in the area that is suppose to be occupied by Holly Long and the witness to this call who [VICTIM #1] advised was named [WITNESS #2]. Deputy Hall S18 found the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop and had done a Stat 5 supplement with the Witness statement and information regarding this situation.
[VICTIM #1] advised that Holly Long was trying to make him stay in the building at first and that he tried to call his mom and she advised him no to him calling his mother and that she punched him in the left side of the face with her fist and grabbed his neck but did not remember how she grabbed him and that was when Holly’s dog ran off.
[VICTIM #1] showed pictures that his mother, [WITNESS #1], took with a time stamp of 1442 for both images where there is redness to both sides of his neck. [VICTIM #1] advised that she was arguing because her dog ran off and that [WITNESS #2] was the one that picked up Holly in his truck on Bishop Pond Rd while she was walking to help her find her dog and then they arrived back at the residence and that was when Holly was crying and attacked him in front of [WITNESS #2].
While talking to [VICTIM #1] I seen he had a small cut on the left of his throat as well and seen redness on his left jaw line cheek area where [VICTIM #1] advised Holly hit him and a red mark on the right side of his neck.
I spoke to caller, [WITNESS #1], who advised that she did not see any of it but that she heard arguing from [VICTIM #1] and Holly going back and forth and that [VICTIM #1] came on her porch and told her that Holly had hit him and had [WITNESS #1] take the pictures. [WITNESS #1] advised that they guy that picked up Holly saw it happen with with knife.
I then went out to [100 BLOCK] Brown Rd Chatsworth, GA 30705 to make contact with Holly Long due to getting information from witness that, that was where he dropped her off at. I walked around the house to the back where I saw a white male and then saw Holly Long sitting on the ground with her dog wearing a gray sweat shirt and had blue sweat pants on fitting the description.
Due to being advised that Holly Long used a knife on [VICTIM #1] and she also had possession of brass knuckles in her bra, I went ahead and detained Holly Long where I grabbed the black Kershaw knife from her blue sweat pants in the right pocket and her black brass knuckles from the left side of inside her bra. I then read Miranda to Holly Long where she advised yeah I guess.
I asked Holly what had happened over at [VICTIM #1] and that she was acting confused and advised that she was not there with [VICTIM #1] and that she had not seen him since yesterday and that she had a witness named [REDACTED] that lives off of Jackson Lake and denied being around [VICTIM #1] today.
I was advised from SFC Keener S35 that he was advised that Deputy Hall S18 spoke with the witness and was advised that the Witness said that he saw Holly jumped on top of [VICTIM #1] and put the knife to his throat.
I then placed Holly Long under arrest and placed in the back of my patrol car and SFC Keener assisted with putting her seat belt on. Holly Long was transported to the jail with no issue.
Holly Long then wrote out the phone number for a [REDACTED] to which I tried to call numerous times and could not make contact. The Kershaw Knife that was seized from Holly Long was entered into evidence as well.
Holly Long was charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery.
Deputy Hall S18 done a supp report with Witness info and statement.
