[WITNESS #1] states that she [VICTIM #1] had taken her grandchild back to the mother [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] states that she did question [REDACTED] and a male named Jeremy Sturgeon about their relationship. [WITNESS #1]’s son is married to [REDACTED] and is currently incarcerated.
[WITNESS #1] states that Sturgeon and [VICTIM #1] had words at the end of the driveway where Sturgeon stated to [VICTIM #1] that he would kill him. [VICTIM #1] got out of the vehicle and Sturgeon came at him driving a gray 2015 Ford Fusion. [WITNESS #1] states that when she looked back she seen [VICTIM #1] going under the driverside rear tire of the vehicle. [WITNESS #1] states that Sturgeon left the scene headed in a northern direction.
Units checked the area and did not locate Sturgeon. It was found that after a G.C.I.C. check Sturgeon was showing to be wanted out of Catoosa County, Georgia. Sturgeon was unable to be located and could not be interviewed for this call for service. [VICTIM #1] was be treated medically at the time of report and the extent of injuries was unknown.
