On 11-01-2025 at 1123 hours, I SFC Keener was dispatched to call [VICTIM #1] about damage to his Ford Ranger at [3300 BLOCK] Highway 282.
I called [VICTIM #1] and he stated he was at [3300 BLOCK] Highway 282 where they was a bon fire and he and his girlfriend was sitting on a bench. [VICTIM #1] stated that three male’s and two female’s walked up and started trying to fight them. [VICTIM #1] stated that he and his girlfriend got up and went to his truck to leave. [VICTIM #1] stated that the three male’s and two female’s followed them and started hitting his truck with rocks and beating on the windows telling them to get out.
[VICTIM #1] stated that he had video of them beating on his truck and hitting it with rocks. I advised him to come to the Murray County Sheriff Office, so I can watch the video.
[VICTIM #1] showed up at the Murray County Sheriff Office and showed the video to me, which you could heard the rocks hit the truck and the two female’s beating on the window’s. I could see the face of the two female’s on the video, but not the male’s.
I asked [VICTIM #1] if he knew the two female’s and the three male’s and [VICTIM #1] stated that he knew of them, but only their names. [VICTIM #1] stated that the male’s name are Kolton Lance, Logan Ball, and Nate Swims. [VICTIM #1] stated that the two female’s are Jessica Wallace and Kada Bugg.
