On November 16, 2025 at 0203 hours I, Deputy Allen Burch, responded to the area of Classic Lane just off of Norton Bridge Rd. The caller told Murray 911 that at the second house on the left on Classic Lane, subjects were arguing and sounded like they were fighting.

I arrived in the area and located [50 BLOCK] Classic Lane to be the second house on the left. As I was approaching the house on foot I could hear a beating noise which I discovered to be coming from the back of the home. I approached further and could hear a male speaking with slurred speech and could not understand what he was saying, he was also knocking on the door. I then announced myself and rounded the corner and the male turned and looked at me.

I then began speaking with him and while doing so he continued to have slurred speech and swaying side to side and back and forth. I asked him what was going on tonight and as he was answering another male and female exited the home. These were later identified as [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1], the males father and sister. We discovered the male had been drinking, which was apparent due to the beer cans strowed across the back yard and a empty glass jim bean bottle I observed on the ground. [VICTIM #1] then explained that the male, John Daley Jr. had been drinking tonight and he was trying to get him to go to bed and Jr. hit him in the left side of the face leaving a small bloody spot in the area of his eye brow. He also stated that he did not want to press charges against him.

We asked John Daley Jr again what happened and he stated nothing. He was then told to step off the porch and he did. He was then told to place his hands behind his back and SFC Watson and I both had to assist him in standing while I placed him in hand cuffs. Once this was completed we escorted him to my patrol unit and placed him inside. Once finished on scene I transported him to the jail and turned him over to jail staff.

I issued John Daley Jr a citation for Disorderly conduct due to him acting in a violent manner by striking his father in the face and causing a breach of the peace in the area of Classic Lane due to the altercation taking place in manner that a neighbor called 911.
