February 8, 2026, I Sgt. J. Webb, along with officers J. Ray and T. Fleming, responded to 1194 Hwy 76 (Circle K) in reference to disturbance.
When I arrived, I spoke to the victim [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that a male subject had been yelling at her saying she was in his way. [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle was parked correctly inside a parking stall.
I then went and talked to the suspect Jonathan Sanchez. Jonathan stated that [VICTIM #1] was in his way, and he was telling her to move so he could leave. I asked Jonathan if [VICTIM #1]’s truck was parked where I had observed it and he said yes, which again was parked properly inside a parking stall.
I spoke to several witnesses who all stated the same thing that [VICTIM #1] was parked, and they could hear Jonathan yelling and screaming at her to move for no reason.
Witness [WITNESS #1] stated he was walking into the store and over heard Jonathan yelling at [VICTIM #1] to “Get the fu*k out of the way”.
The store clerk [WITNESS #2] stated that several subjects had come into the store telling he that there was a man outside yelling at another female.
Due to all the witnesses Jonathan was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct for being violent, tumultuous, and using obscene language in public.
[End of Narrative]
