On January 29, 2026, I spoke with Deputy M. Flood in reference to a disturbance at [700 BLOCK] Crandall Ellijay Rd. It was said that Kathryn Cloer had been causing a disturbance with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. The [VICTIMS]’ are staying at this residence taking care of Kathryn’s sick father.
I arrived at this residence and made contact with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. The [VICTIMS]’ stated that Kathryn had been yelling, cussing, and making physical contact with them of a provoking nature. [VICTIM #2] stated that Kathryn has been going in her father’s bedroom and hanging out near the area where his prescription medications are kept. [VICTIM #2] Stated that she has had to run her out of the room numerous times. [VICTIM #2] also stated that at one point they heard a loud noise come from Kathryn’s bedroom, when the went into her room they observed her hanging half way out of the window. Kathryn had knocked the screen out of the window causing it to break.
[VICTIM #2] stated that they have tried to get help for Kathryn numerous times due to her having mental issues. [VICTIM #2] stated that because she does not have insurance the hospitals will not keep her. I advised them to seek out help from the probate judge in reference to getting a 10-13 signed.
