On September 07, 2025 at 1753 hours I responded to [3400 BLOCK] Old CCC Camp Rd in reference to a disturbance. The caller advised that Justus Roberts was there causing issues by cursing, yelling, and was taking [REDACTED] car. I arrived on scene and met with the caller, Mr. [VICTIM #1].

He stated that Justus and his wife [REDACTED] came to his house this date to have pictures taken of there new born child. He stated that he was at his barn when his wife [VICTIM #2] called him and told him to come back to the house. He stated that when he get there Justus was irate and yelling and cursing. He also stated that when he was yelling at him he believed Justus was trying to incite a fight with him.

[VICTIM #2] stated that as soon and Justus and [REDACTED] arrived he was agitated because he didn’t want the baby out in the sun or near the water. She stated that this progressed and he began calling her ([VICTIM #2]) and [REDACTED] both Wh*res and bit*h’s. They stated that he then left in [REDACTED] car.

[REDACTED] later advised that he went to [REDACTED] house on Richard Bennett and left her car and retrieved this and he was told this by [REDACTED] Dad. Deputy Neelley responded there and spoke with the Father. I also spoke with the photographer, [WITNESS #1], who stated that he was being rude and irate towards everyone there and confirmed he was calling them Bit*h’s and Wh*res.

We were also told that Mr. Roberts lives with a [REDACTED]. I located a local file with a Address of [300 BLOCK] Fashion Cir. We Checked this residence multiple times along with other places and never located Mr. Roberts.

I issues a warrant for Mr. Roberts arrest for Disorderly conduct due to him acting in a violent manner and causing a breach of the peace at [3400 BLOCK] Old CCC Camp Rd.
