Received a call to Murray Medical in reference to Assault on a [VICTIM #1] from a Logan Blake Young.

I arrived at the Advent health Murray Medical and spoke to [VICTIM #1] who was waiting on a X-Ray and a CT scan. [VICTIM #1] could not really remember a whole bunch of information from the incident and had a slight slow speech from her.

[VICTIM #1] advised that Logan Blake Young had grabbed her and body slammed her to the floor of inside the residence and advised that she did punch him in the nose after she got up from the floor to defend herself. [VICTIM #1] also advised that when she was on the floor Logan was laughing at her and kept trying to intimidate her and would say that no one cares about her and was throwing females at her.

[VICTIM #1] advised that when Logan Young slammed her on the floor she heard a crack sound coming from her head and placed her hand on the back left side of her head as she explained. [VICTIM #1] advised that Logan Young’s mother, [WITNESS #1], told her to go to the hospital to get checked.

[VICTIM #1] advised that [WITNESS #1] seen and heard part of the incident and that [WITNESS #1] was the one that drove her to the ER and [VICTIM #1] advised that [WITNESS #1] did not want to stay due to people being sick and Juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY] being with them. [VICTIM #1] advised that [WITNESS #1] took Juvenile back to the house where she allowed [WITNESS #1] to do so.

[VICTIM #1] advised that her right arm and wrist was hurting and that it instantly started to bruise up and have redness to it. There was some bruising and swelling to [VICTIM #1]’s right wrist area. (Pictures taken and uploaded) [VICTIM #1] also advised that this happened around 10:00 or 11:00 AM Unknown for sure.

[VICTIM #1] advised that Logan got mad over [REDACTED] pants being missing and he advised her that he doesn’t wash those. [VICTIM #1] advised that she did not know that and that she was washing clothes for her and her Child as well. [VICTIM #1] also advised that she was not letting Logan get to her and advised that, that was what made him grab her from behind and grabbing her abdomen and body slamming her.

[VICTIM #1] also advised that she remembered that Logan threw something while juvenile was playing with toys and that Juvenile ran to [WITNESS #2] who is Logan Young’s brother and [VICTIM #1] advised that [WITNESS #2] took Juvenile outside. [VICTIM #1] advised that she did tell Logan that he does not need to do that in front of Juvenile.

[VICTIM #1] did also have a bruise area to her lower abdomen and a mark on her back on the left side close to her shoulder blade area. (Pictures taken and uploaded) I gave [VICTIM #1] a Domestic Outreach Card and advised of the TPO (Temporary Protection Order). [VICTIM #1] advised that Logan was not home now he was out of town with a [REDACTED] subject and advised he would not be back till late possibly.

Deputy Elrod S29 went out to the residence to speak with [WITNESS #1] to get her statement and Possibly [WITNESS #2]’s if he was there. Deputy Elrod S29 advised that [WITNESS #1] advised that she did not hear or see anything and that she did not know anything until hours later when [VICTIM #1] told her what happened. Deputy Elrod S29 advised that [WITNESS #2] was not at the residence at her time being there.

I tried to place [VICTIM #1]’s father a phone call to see if he could allow [VICTIM #1] to stay with him due to him not answering her face time calls. No contact.

[VICTIM #1] advised that if her father did not allow her to stay with him then Logan was the only other person for her to stay with.

I then called a women’s shelter who advised that they had room for [VICTIM #1] and her Juvenile if they needed it.

The security Guard for Murray Medical advised that [WITNESS #1] was at the Hospital raising hell due to she was supposedly told that [VICTIM #1] was done from the Hospital and she wasn’t and was advised by the Security Guard to leave the property if she can not keep it down to which [WITNESS #1] went to the car.

[VICTIM #1] advised that her grandmother allowed her to stay with her for the night, but that Logan was not home and he has the door locked so she could not get her belongings.

I advised [VICTIM #1] to get her property tomorrow if she can.

[VICTIM #1]’s grandmother, [REDACTED], spoke with me over the phone where I advised that there was something being done and that I could not go into details due to it being an open case still. [REDACTED] advised that she understood and asked if [WITNESS #1] could bring [VICTIM #1] and Juvenile to her house due to she had a fire going.

I went out to speak with [WITNESS #1] and I advised [REDACTED] that she would be placed on speaker phone. [WITNESS #1] advised that [REDACTED] can meet her half way and and asked why she couldn’t come get them and then advised that they will wait on her in the Advent Health Murray Medical front parking lot for [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was on her way to pick up [VICTIM #1] and Juvenile.

I then spoke to Dr. [REDACTED] from Murray Medical where he advised that [VICTIM #1] had a sprained right wrist and possibly a concussion to which would explain how she is acting.

Logan Blake Young was charged with Aggravated Battery (FV) and Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. GA Child was contacted also.
