On 1/26/2026 I, Officer Fleming, along with Officer Ray were dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Charles Road in reference to a disturbance.

Dispatch advised that the caller, [VICTIM #1], said that his girlfriend, later identified as Skye Magan, had destroyed the inside of his house and had poured several gallons of gasoline all over the residence. Dispatch advised that [VICTIM #1] did not want law enforcement to be dispatched but that he did not know what to do.

When I arrived on scene I began speaking to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] at first was not willing to give any information on Skye. [VICTIM #1] just advised that his girlfriend, Skye, was highly intoxicated and began damaging the inside of his house.

[VICTIM #1] also advised that he had 3 separate gas canisters laying around the carport area of the residence and that she had dumped several gallons of gas on the residence and threatened to burn the residence down (there was a very strong odor of gasoline in the carport area and inside of the residence).

[VICTIM #1] then walked me inside of his residence to show the damage that Skye had caused. [VICTIM #1] advised that there was a deer mount that was hanging on a wall that she had ripped down and threw at a window of the residence which broke off one of its horns. [VICTIM #1] also advised that Skye had pulled his oven out and threw it on the ground, along with ripping a TV down and throwing it on the ground and stomping on it. [VICTIM #1] advised that Skye threw several other items around the residence. Pictures of the damage were taken and will be added to this report.

Officer Ray was able to speak to [VICTIM #1] and get him to finally tell us what Skye was driving and her information. While doing this, a call for service was dispatched to Sgt. Webb and Sgt. McCarver at the Circle K gas station on Green Road from the clerk of the store.

The caller advised that a female was inside the store covered in blood, screaming and cursing inside the store. The caller also advised that the female was driving a blue in color Mazda Tribute SUV which was the same description that [VICTIM #1] had given us.

After gathering information and pictures myself and Officer Ray went to Circle K gas station on Green Road where both Sergeants Webb and McCarver were already at. Before leaving, the Chatsworth Fire Department was contacted to be enroute due to the amount of gasoline that was poured around the residence.

When we arrived at the Circle K gas station on Green Road, Sergeants Webb and McCarver, had Skye inside of an ambulance to get medical attention due to the lacerations she had. When I tried to speak to Skye, there was a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. I tried speaking to Skye to get her side of the story and when trying to do this she immediately began screaming and cursing at me and began asking me to just shoot her due to her having nothing else to live for.

After several minutes of this the decision was made to arrest Skye. I then transported Skye to the Murray County Sheriff’s Office Jail where she was combative and kicked Sgt. Webb in the right thigh next to his groin. Skye was passed over to jail staff where they placed her in a restraint chair due to her spitting and trying to kick jail staff.

Sgt. Webb will be completing a supplemental report on what took place prior to my arrival at Circle K Green Road and what took place at the Murray County Sheriff’s Office.

[End of Narrative]
