On September 22, 2025 at approximately 1916 hours, I SFC. Hill, Cpl. Harrison and Deputy Neelley responded to Temple Grove Grocery in reference to a disturbance.

Upon my arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was pulling into Cass Rd when she saw her dog laying in the grass on the side of the road. She stated that she stopped to get her dog when the man across the road (Mr. Harden) started yelling at her to get her fu*king dog because it almost got hit by a car and she stated that it was her dog and she had an air tag on it and to mind his business. She stated that he said that was a fu*king lie and she said to her dog come on because he’s known to shoot dogs and they drove away. She stated while they were driving away he stated yelling that was a god damn lie and to come back.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that they had went home and while they were in the drive way Mr. Harden pulled in behind them and they shut the doors to the vehicle and locked them and Mr. [HARDEN] was standing out side the vehicle telling them to come on. She stated that someone must have seen him on the camera because they told him to leave. That’s when [WITNESS #1] said he was on the porch banging on the door. I then asked if anyone one knew Mr. Harden and [WITNESS #2] stated that every time he leaves Mr. Harden gives him the finger and yells but they do not know him.

I then went and spoke to Mr. Harden who stated that he saw Ms. [VICTIM #1] stop to get the dog and he stated for her to get the dog because it almost got hit. He stated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] then told him that she better get her dog because he shot the last one. He then said the only reason he went over there was to talk to a man. He stated that he went by them (Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [VICTIM #2]) and rang the door bell when someone came on the speaker and told him to get off the property and he left and went home.

He then said 3 men in a truck came to his property and he explained the situation and apologized and shook their hand. I then asked why he went over to their residence and he stated cause he wanted to know where they lived cause they accused him of shooting a dog. He then asked if I would be upset if someone accused me of shooting a dog. I then explained what they were saying and he said the only thing he did was told her he never shot no damn dog so he went over their to explain to a man that he has not shot no dog.

I then spoke with [WITNESS #2], [WITNESS #3] and [WITNESS #4] who stated that they were in the wood on the other side of the property when they received a call from Ms. [VICTIM #1] about Mr. Harden in the drive way yelling at them and they all stated that they left the woods and saw Mr. Harden leaving the property, they then all went to Mr. Harden’s address to ask him what was going on. They did say that Mr. Harden did apologize but [REDACTED], [WITNESS #2]’s grandfather had followed them over to the address and told them to leave and they did.

I then spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] again and she stated that Mr. Harden was standing at her window signaling her to come on come on and with where hands showing the motion like her to get out of the vehicle. She stated that it had scared her because she was holding her 4 month old baby at the time.

Ms. [VICTIM #2]’s stated that when they pulled into the drive way Mr. Harden pulled in behind them slammed his door and walked over to them. She stated that she shut her door and locked it and Mr. Harden kept asking where her husband was and she stated she does not live here and then he went on the porch. She also stated that he was making gestures at them to get out of the car.

I then spoke to [WITNESS #1], She stated that she looked on her blink camera and witnessed Mr. Harden on her front porch and she told him to leave her property through the camera and she stated she saw Mr. Harden throw his hands up and walk off the porch she stated that he then walked back over to the vehicle where Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [VICTIM #2]’s were sitting and she yelled at him to not talk to his daughter in law. She stated that he then left.

I then returned to Mr. Harden and placed him in handcuffs to the rear, checked for fit, double locked and placed him in the rear of my patrol vehicle. He was then transported to the Murray County Detention Center and released to jail staff.
