On April 21, 2026, at approximately 0515 hours, I SFC. Hill and Cpl. Smith responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance where a female was chasing a male around the parking lot.
Upon my arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated that he was taking his wife Toriana Sardine to the store and that they had been verbally fighting then she kicked him in the head while in the vehicle.
Ms. Sardina was sitting on the passenger side of the vehicle crying asking Mr. [VICTIM #1] to not have her arrested. I then spoke with Ms. Sardina was was crying, yelling, cursing and clapping her hands at me with frustration. I informed her that she needed to calm down. She then stated that her and Mr. [VICTIM #1] had been verbally fighting all night and that she asked him to take her to the store. She stated that when she was in the car he brake checked her causing her to bite her tongue. She stated that she then knocked his hat off his head and that she lifted her feet up in the air to prevent him from hitting her.
I witnessed no marks on either Ms. Sardina or Mr. [VICTIM #1]. I then returned to my patrol vehicle to check the information on both subjects when I saw Ms. Sardina leave the vehicle yelling and Cpl. Smith had to tell her to stop and sit back down.
I then went and spoke with Mr. [VICTIM #1] again who stated that he did not want her to go to jail and that he would just take her home and get his work clothes and leave for work. I informed him that I would follow him home with Ms. Sardina in my patrol vehicle so that they could be separated.
I then explained that to Ms. Sardina, who then again started yelling and saying that she need to get things out of the vehicle in case Mr. [VICTIM #1] left her. While in the vehicle she was yelling and cursing then when she exited the vehicle she slammed the door and continued yelling.
I then placed her in handcuffs to the rear, checked for fit, double locked and placed her in the rear of my vehicle.
All of Ms. Sardina’s items were turned over to Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. Sardina was transported to the Murray County Detention Center and released to jail staff.
