On 9/17/22 at approximately 0158 hours I, Officer First Class Timothy Witt (620), of the Columbus Police Department Bureau of Patrol Services, while in the area of Broadway and 11th Street observed a domestic disturbance.
Subject was instructed to leave the area of Broadway, during which time subject refused, at which time police had to physically assist subject on leaving. When I went to physically assist subject stated your a pus*y and if you put your hands on me I’m gonna beat your a*s.
Due to the terroristic threat police went to arrest subject, at which time subject attempted to flee on foot. After a brief foot chase, subject was pulled to the ground. While subject refused to comply with police instruction to place hands behind his back. After a short struggle subject was paced in handcuffs.
