On Saturday, 02/05/2022 at approximately 0300 hours, subject was arrested on Lammars Street in reference to a reported Aggravated Assault.
Upon frisk of the subject, subject was discovered to be in possession of bladed instrument, various prescription drugs; a search of the area the subject was located in resulted in discovery of a discarded firearm. Subject was also discovered to be a convicted felon (Aggravated Assault, Charge Tracking Number [REDACTED BY AGENCY]).
Subject was arrested for Reckless Conduct (GA Code 16-5-60), Aggravated Assault Family Gun (GA Code 16-5-21), Carrying Concealed Weapon (OCGA 16-11-126), Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearms (GA Code 16-11- 131), Commission of Crime by Convicted Felon through Use of A Firearm (OCGA Code 16-11-133(b)). Subject was compliant with arrest and uninjured.
Subject was transported to Muscogee County Jail by patrol vehicle. Subject was given a Recorder’s Court date of 02/05/2022 at 0800 hours.
