On 06/11/2022, at approximately 0100 hours, I, Officer Bencosme-Gonzalez, conducted a traffic near the intersection of Victory Drive and 30th Avenue.

Subject was seen by police leaving parking lot of Caracel Lounge (Alcoholic establishment) while driving a black Honda Fit (AL Tag: [REDACTED]). Vehicle turned right onto Victory Drive while headlights were still off. Police initiated a traffic stop by utilizing blue lights while continued down road and conducted a Uturn. Subject stopped the vehicle on eastbound Victory Drive and 30th Avenue. Officer could detect the odor of alcohol upon speaking with the subject. After translator arrived on scene, subject stated he drank “4 beers” in the past hour.

SFST Results:
HGN: 6/6
Walk And Turn: Could not conduct test
One-Leg-Stand: Could not conduct test

PBT: Subject initially agreed to blow, then declined and stated it would “show that he was drinking.”

Subject was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (OCGA 40-6-391), No State Driver’s License (OCGA 40-5-20), and Headlights Required (OCGA 40-8-20). Subject was compliant and transported to the Muscogee County Jail.
