On September 23rd, 2026, I was dispatched to a family fight call in the area of Crestfield Cir. Upon my arrival in the area I observed a vehicle matching the description that 911 dispatch gave me over the radio. I went to turn my patrol vehicle around to attempt to make contact. I then observed the offender rush to her vehicle and leave the subdivision, not stopping at the stop sign.
At this time I began to observe the manner of her driving. The female offender began driving aggressively, attempting to get away from my patrol vehicle, when she noticed that it was a law enforcement vehicle. At this time my emergency equipment was not activated so the driver was not detained.
I then observe the female offender make a right turn into the area of Magnolia Walk and pull into a driveway. I then got out of my vehicle to make contact with her. When speaking with the female offender, I observed her having red, watery, glassy eyes and a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. I then advised her to stop speaking so I could advise her of her Miranada rights.
At this time the female offender was willing to speak, and she advised she had been drinking. The female offender was then placed under arrest, hands behind her back, double-locked, checked for fit, and transported to the Lec for booking. The female offenders vehicle was towed by chanceys towing.
