On 03/30/2026, I responded to a welfare check at [100 BLOCK] Allen Oaks Way in reference to a child being forced into a vehicle.

Upon making contact at the address, myself and Deputy powell heard a loud slam coming from the residence, after further investigation it was disclosed that the offender was slamming the window and trying to get out of it. The mother of the offender stated she know who called because she recieved a text from her daughters friend stating she was going to call 911. The mother stated she picked her daughter up from her friends house where her daughter was getting drunk. She stated her daughter knows shes not supposed to be drinking but does it anyway’s.

The stepfather stated that the daughter had been being very belligerent, yelling, screaming, disturbing the peace, and using obscene language to him and her mother. Upon making contact with the juvenile she stated “n*gga you dont even know what’s going on”.

The subject came to the door and actively continued being belligerent and even used fighting gestures as if she was going to charge at Deputy Powell. The subject stepped outside of the residence, yelling at her mother “I hope you die and calling her a b*tch”.

The subject was placed under arrest by placing her hands together and putting the cuffs on. I conducted a finger check to ensure the cuffs were not tight and locked them afterwards. I advised the subject of her charges and escorted her to my patrol unit. Upon getting to my unit, I conducted a search and seized any property she had. I advised dispatch I was 10-95 and advised them of beginning mileage.

Upon arriving to the LEC, I advised them of my ending mileage. I placed my duty issued firearm in my unit and escorted the subject to the holding cell where she was turned over to the jail staff.

The parents were provided with a case card and advised of their options.
