[NARRATIVE #1 on September 07, 2025]

On 9-7-2025 at approximately 1637 hours, I responded to [60 BLOCK] Trelawney Ave, Covington, Newton County, GA regarding Discharge Firearm. Call comments provided by Newton County Dispatch indicated a black in color Infiniti SUV was in the cul-de-sac along with a male on foot, and two shots were heard. The male subject was described as a black male, white t-shirt and red shorts. Prior to my arrival, the black Infiniti SUV had left the area, and the male subject left the area on foot.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who provided screen shots and video evidence from her security camera. A vehicle B.O.L.O. was issued, as well as a direction of travel for both the black Infiniti SUV and the male subject.

Sgt. W. Dickerson #9187 arrived on scene and located two 9mm spent shell casings, which were marked by evidence cones. Investigator Salers #9119 arrived and processed the scene. I spoke with Investigator Moss #9270 by telephone, who advised she was en-route to the scene.

Additional responding units located the male victim wearing a white t-shirt and red shorts.
