On February 23,2026 I took an armed robbery report via phone.

The complainant stated he works as a traveling barber and went to the home of a client on Chandler Fields Dr. to retreive a beanie hat he left days prior. He stated after retrieving his item, he and the offender, known to the victim as “Cain”, went to hang out in his car near the park.

The complainant stated after informing the offender he had to leave for the night, the offender pointed a small black baretta at him from the passenger seat and demanded his orange iPhone 17 Pro max and for him to drive. After doing so, he stated the offender got out of the vehicle and walked around it while still pointing the gun at him.

He described the offender as being light in skin color and wearing an orange hoodie at the time. He stated the offender is an aquaintance whose hair he has cut in the past. He stated he did not have a phone number for the offender, only an instagram account which he would follow-up to provide once home and able to login.

Investigator Moss was contacted and reached out to the victim.
