On April 10, 2026, at approximately 2100 hours, I was dispatched to a reported physical disturbance involving neighbors for the second time within five minutes, following an initial call at the same location.

Upon arrival, I observed Ms. Tocarro Bridgeman holding a baseball bat and actively threatening her neighbor while yelling profanities. A group of juveniles was present in the front yard, surrounding Ms. Bridgeman as she continued to engage in aggressive and disruptive behavior. The scene was highly chaotic.

During the incident, two juvenile males began physically fighting in the front yard. Both mothers of the juveniles were observed encouraging and instigating the altercation. Ms. Bridgemans daughter then became involved and attempted to engage in a separate physical confrontation with an unrelated female for no apparent reason.

Due to the rapidly escalating nature of the situation, I was initially unable to clearly identify all involved neighbors. I gave multiple lawful commands for all parties to return inside their residences; however, Ms. Bridgeman and her daughter failed to comply and continued to incite the disturbance.

As additional deputies arrived on scene, we established control by separating the involved parties in an effort to de-escalate the situation. Ms. Bridgeman and her daughter continued to disregard deputy commands.

After consulting with responding deputies, I determined there was probable cause to arrest Ms. Bridgeman and her daughter for Disorderly Conduct. Both individuals were taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Newton County Sheriffs Office for processing.
