On September 26,2025 I responded to fight between two students at Eastside High School.

It was stated by both parties that the suspect stated to the victim “snitches get stitches” before picking up his desk chair and throwing it at the victim. The victim was struck in the face and began fighting with the suspect. The two were separated by school administrators.

The suspect was placed under arrest. He was handcuffed behind his back, they were checked for proper fit and double locked. He was searched by Deputy Nesbitt and placed him in my vehicle to be transported to the LEC. Upon arrival to the LEC my weapon and ammo was secured before entering intake. The suspect and his property was transferred to Detention Deputy Winters.
