On November 16th, 2025, at approximately 06:00 AM, I Deputy Resko was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Valleyside Dr S in reference to a dispute.
Upon arrival Deputies could hear yelling and cussing coming from the back yard of the residence. Deputies walked closer and could see a group of people on the porch and a male and woman standing at the top of the stairs for the porch. A male could be seen yelling and cussing at the other parties on the porch. He then grabbed his glasses and threw them down yelling lets go. He started punching the porch screen saying try and come punch me in the face. Deputies then intervened and separated the parties. Deputy Hambrick stayed with Albert Nordin while I spoke with the other people involved on the porch.
The witness, [WITNESS #1] stated Albert had pushed [VICTIM #1] on to the ground. He also pushed his wife [VICTIM #2]. All the yelling we heard was them arguing about him getting physical with everyone.
I asked [VICTIM #1] what happened and he stated that Albert got mad at them and pushed him onto the ground. I then asked [VICTIM #2] if she was pushed as well and she stated that she was pushed but did not want him to be in trouble for it.
I went and spoke with Deputy Hambrick who was still speaking with Albert. I informed him of the charges we had on Albert. Deputy Hambrick asked Albert if he had any weapons on him. Albert then took his phone off his belt and gave it to Deputy Hambrick saying “take my fu*king phone”. He then continued to yell and cuss while taking his jacket off. Deputies quickly grabbed his arms and detained him while he attempted to pull away. He was then placed into handcuffs which were double locked and checked for proper fitting. Albert was then walked to and sat in the back seat of my patrol car.
I explained to [VICTIM #2] that Albert was being placed under arrest for the family violence simple battery along with the other simple battery and disorderly conduct. She was advised of service along with the other parties involved.
[End of Narrative]
