On December 17, 2025 I Deputy Jones was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at [400 BLOCK] Springer Parkway.

Upon arrival Deputies approached the residence quietly due to the nature of the call in an attempt to listen for any ongoing disturbance. At this time Deputies were able to hear arguing coming from with in the garage, at the same time a voice came from the home doorbell camera. I spoke with the subject on the camera and requested they come to the door.

At this time [VICTIM #1] came to the door, [VICTIM #1] was the complainant in regards to this incident. [VICTIM #1] stated that the subject identified as Alfred Williams on this date had discharged a fire arm in the rear of the residence as well as threaten [VICTIM #1] with the firearm. [VICTIM #1] described the fire arm as a silver gun, when asked if it was a revolver he stated that it was not and he was sure of that.

A female appeared from the garage at this time, said female was [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] is the sister of [VICTIM #1] and the ex partner of Alfred Williams. As I attempted to speak to [WITNESS #1], the door opened towards me and a male subject appeared, male was identified as Alfred Williams. Alfred was taken outside by other on scene deputies while I spoke with [WITNESS #1].

Note that as Alfred came into the home from the garage I was informed by another on scene deputy that they witnessed a deep freezer close. At this time another Deputy came out of the garage and located the silver in color pistol from the deep freezer. Upon investigating the back patio area, one expended shell casing was located.

[WITNESS #1] was asked if she had any physical altercation with Alfred, she stated no. She then stated that she had a verbal argument with Alfred, however that was it. When asked if there was a firearm involved, [WITNESS #1] stated that there was no firearm at all.

I returned to the area where [VICTIM #1] was located in the living room to speak with him again. I inquired if there were any other witnesses to this incident to which he stated that his other brother was a witness. [WITNESS #2] was called down by [VICTIM #1] from the upstairs of the residence.

[WITNESS #2] stated that he heard the argument from parties on scene and as the arguments continued he heard a subsequent gun shot. After the gunshot he stated he was scared and returned to his room to avoid the incident. This concludes the verbal statement given by [WITNESS #2], and my attention returned to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was again asked to review the incident, to which he stated that Alfred had threatened him with the pistol as well at fire a shot in the rear of the residence in the air.

Other on scene deputies had Alfred detained at this time, while I completed my interviews with [VICTIM #1] as well as [WITNESS #2]. Written witness statements were given on this date by both [WITNESS #2] as well as [VICTIM #1]. Verbal statements were given to on scene deputies from the residents located at [400 BLOCK] Springer Parkway, indicating that they witnessed three subjects outside of the rear of [400 BLOCK] Springer Parkway arguing and then they heard a gun shot.

On this date Alfred Williams was placed under arrest and transported to the Paulding County Sheriffs Office Jail, for Reckless Conduct as well as Aggravated Assault. The firearm involved was placed into evidence. Photos of the shell casings and gun location were attached to this report.
