On January 29th, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, I Deputy Resko was dispatched to 7951 Villa Rica Hwy in reference to a subject complaint.

Upon arrival, Deputies met with [VICTIM #1], who stated one of her workers, [VICTIM #2] was walking back to their shop when she passed a male outside her store who was mast*rbating. [VICTIM #1] told her that she was going to call the cops due to the male always harassing them and now being indecent. Her biggest concern was the amount of juveniles that are always in the area.

I asked what [VICTIM #2] saw when she walked by, and she said that she could see his p*nis and him making a movement with his hand that appeared to be him mast*rbating. She stated he was sitting by the tanning salon that was next door to their store. She then stated he was wearing a large black blanket-like hoodie.

[VICTIM #1] then stated that they have always had problems with the subject. She stated that he would be waiting outside her store before the store opened. He would also follow her from the parking lot to her store and vice versa. [VICTIM #1] said when she announced she was going to call 911, one of her customers went outside to confront the male, which caused the subject to leave the scene.

I then went next door to speak with the employees of the store while Deputy Hambrick went into Lil Ceasers to check the cameras that were outside the business. I spoke with [VICTIM #3], who stated that she was about to call 911 to report the male as well. She stated that an Anthony subject was outside their tanning salon and was mast*rbating. A man then came by and yelled at the dude, telling him to leave. She stated that he was sitting by the trash can right outside her store, and she could see him making a motion that appeared to be mast*rbating.

She stated she believed that’s what he was doing due to him doing it in the past when they had posters hanging outside the window, which had women wearing bikinis on the poster. She then showed me a video of when she had to confront the male in the past for harassing the girls who came into the tanning salon. She stated that he would always hang out in the area of the business, watching her and other girls who entered the store. He then asked her one day if the girls who get into the beds get fully naked. [VICTIM #3] was also able to explain and identify what the subject was wearing and said it was the same male from the video that she recorded when she confronted him in the past.

Both Avaas Spa and Tan, along with New GA Barbershop, wanted the subject to be criminally trespassed from the property. I informed them that once the male is located, he would be trespassed from the properties. All victims stated they wanted to press charges along with the CT.

Deputy Hambrick then came out of the store with a video of the subject sitting exactly where the victims said he was sitting. Then you can see [VICTIM #2] walk by him, and then start to walk faster due to his actions. The Lil Ceasers was also able to confirm the subject sitting at the trash can and was able to identify him as Anthony Marchman due to him applying for a job at their store. Knowing who Anthony Marchman was, Deputies searched the area to locate him. Deputies could not locate him, so we went to his residence.

Upon arrival, I knocked on the front door, where Anthony Marchman opened the door. He was wearing the same outfit that he had on while at the stores. I had him step out and place his hands behind his back. I then placed him in handcuffs, which were double locked and checked for proper fitting. He was then escorted to the front of my patrol car, where he was searched. During the search, I noticed that his pants zipper was all the way down. I asked him why his zipper was down, and he told me it was because he did not have a belt. He was then placed into the back seat of my patrol car and transported to the Paulding County Detention Center without incident.

All Deputies went in service.
