On the above date and time, I, Deputy Proffitt 966, took a report in the lobby of the Sheriffs Office in reference to a dispute that occurred on July 11th. [VICTIM #1] stated that his wife, [VICTIM #2], had cheated on him with her best friend’s, Beverly Turner, husband. At approximately 0426 hours on the 11th of July, 2025, Beverly was seen on ring door bell footage at [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]’s home, repeatedly ringing the door bell while holding her phone and peering in the windows of the front door saying ” tell that wh*re if she wants my husband, his sh*ts in the goddamn yard” gesturing to the front yard, and then walking away. [VICTIM #1] then goes outside once Beverly is gone and finds male clothes strewn about his front yard, which appear to be visible from the ring camera.

Later on that morning, at approximately 0642 hours, Beverly appears again and beats on the window of the front door and rings the door bell repeatedly while appearing to be on the phone, yelling obscenities. [VICTIM #1] asks her to stop and Beverly says she will not stop and that she is just getting started. [VICTIM #1] then shuts the door again and Beverly then again proceeds to ring the door bell repeatedly. [VICTIM #2] then comes to the door and Beverly tells [VICTIM #2] to come outside and talk to her like a woman. [VICTIM #2] refuses this. Beverly then tells [VICTIM #2] that she has messaged [VICTIM #2]’s mother and brothers and that she is just getting started again. Beverly begins yelling at [VICTIM #2] again and then proceeds to kick the front door and enter the home forcibly. [VICTIM #1] stated while Beverly was there in the early morning, she damaged his mail box but as I was not on scene and could not speak with all parties involved this can not be determined.
