On November 28th, 2025, at approximately 12:20 PM, I Deputy Resko was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Jubilee Dr in reference to an assault.

Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. [VICTIM #1] was visibly upset and was crying. Deputies asked [WITNESS #1] what was happening, and she stated her niece, [VICTIM #1], was next door at her boyfriend’s house. A Davion James had grabbed her and assaulted her before she came back next door.

I asked [VICTIM #1] if she could tell me what happened, and she stated she was speaking with her boyfriend, Davion, and told him they needed to do laundry. He told her they were out of laundry detergent, and she told him they could go next door to her family’s house to pick some up. He told her that he did not want to do that, and an argument began.

She was asking why he did not want clean clothes, and that he needed to clean some. She then called him a “bit*h” so he grabbed her and held her down on the bed. He then started yelling at her, asking who she was calling a bit*h.

She told him that she wanted to get her stuff and leave, and he told her that they were breaking up. He then told her that she was leaving right now and dragged her from the bedroom to the front door. [VICTIM #1]’s chest and neck had red marks from being dragged by her shirt to the door.

[VICTIM #1] then went next door to her aunt’s house, where she called 911. Deputies attempted to speak with Davion, but he either would not come to the door or left the scene before Deputies arrived. Deputies then left and came back when Davion’s father returned home. Deputies attempted to knock and talk with Davion again, but still had no answer.

[VICTIM #1] then called 911 again, stating she received a message from Davion stating he loved her and was going to kill himself. Deputies attempted to make contact with Davion again, and this time were allowed into the residence by Davion’s father. Davion was nowhere to be found at the residence. Deputies attempted to ping his phone, but were unable to do so due to his phone being powered off.

Warrants were later taken on Davion. All Deputies went in service.
