On November 16th, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM, I Deputy Resko was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Poplar Springs Rd in reference to a dispute.

Upon arrival Deputies met with Kaden Hall who was located in the driver seat of the vehicle in the driveway at the incident location. Deputies asked him why they were called to the residence and he said that him and his girlfriend [VICTIM #1] had an argument and he told her to leave so she walked off. He stated it started because she was going to text her sister off of his phone and found someone texting him on his phone and she got upset about it thinking he was cheating on her. She then left the scene and went walking down the road. He was going to get in the car to look for her but Deputies came on scene before he could do so. He stated the argument never got physical.

I walked down the road to the complainants location and spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated her and Kaden got into an argument over something she found in his phone. He started cussing and yelling at her to leave. He then took her phone, IPad, and keys. She started asking for her property back but he would not give it back. She sat in front of her car and waited for him to give her stuff back. He grabbed her leg to pull her off of the property so she started yelling for help until he stopped. He then picked a stick up and started poking her in the chest with it. The stick had sharp edges on and she said that he was going to stab her.

She then went inside and locked the doors. He came up to the doors so she unlocked the door and went to the other side of the house. He then followed her still harassing her. He then grabbed a long bladed blue handled kitchen knife. He put it up to her throat and threatened to stab her with the knife. She started crying asking him to stop. He then threw the knife on the ground behind him breaking the handle on the knife. He then picked up 2 smaller kitchens knives and started poking her with them. She eventually got away from him and ran to a neighbor to call 911.

Deputies then asked Kaden why a knife was involved if it never got physical between them. When [VICTIM #1] stated she was grabbed and pulled Deputies asked him if it never got physical why was she grabbed and he stated that he gently moved her leg. I asked [VICTIM #1] to show me where the incident occurred. She started to take me towards the house and Kaden started pleading [VICTIM #1] to stop. [VICTIM #1] then yelled at him to tell the truth and to stop lying to the police.

[VICTIM #1] then got inside the residence and walked Deputies to the living room. Kaden ran up behind her while walking inside and whispered to [VICTIM #1] to not tell us anything else. [VICTIM #1] could not find but then located the broken knife and pieces that were around the area. Deputies asked Kaden if the argument was not physical why was there a broken knife. He then stated that [VICTIM #1] was going to stab herself with the knife so he grabbed and threw it away from her.

Deputies had both parties complete a witness statement form. While completing the forms, Kaden asked multiple times if he was going to be arrest and go to jail. The knife and pieces were gathered and placed into evidence. Once both parties were done completing their forms, Deputies advised [VICTIM #1] of the TPO process and other service. Deputies then placed Kaden under arrest. He was placed into handcuffs which were double locked and checked for proper fitting. He was then transported to the Paulding County Detention Center without incident.
