On arrival, Deputies spoke with complainants [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2], who both stated they were woken up from their sleep by a female neighbor yelling and screaming by the fence in their backyard. The two went outside and noticed their neighbor, Kristen Reitz, was outside their fence line, yelling at them, stating, “Come fight me, b*tch” and continued screaming profanity towards them, such as “mother fu*ker.” [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] said they believed Kristen was under the influence of alcohol. [WITNESS #1] informed Deputies that Kristen left walking down the roadway and was in a blue shirt. [WITNESS #1] stated Kristen lived at the 2nd house on Pierce Road.

Deputies arrived at [70 BLOCK] Pierce Road to speak with Kristen. Deputy Kitchens and I then found the female, Kristen, in a long, blue shirt, sitting in a chair underneath the carport. Deputy Kitchens asked Kristen what had happened tonight, and she answered with “Nothing” multiple times. Kristen then stated the neighbors were “On my property by the stop way” and “I was on my property on the cul-de-sac”.

I observed there was another person’s property and another empty lot in between her residence and the stop sign, which Kristen was claiming was “her property.” Deputy Kitchens asked Kristen how much alcohol she had to drink, and she stated she had not been drinking. However, I observed a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, and I observed a half-drank liquor bottle on the table next to where she was sitting.

Deputy Kitchens attempted to get better clarification on Kristen’s story; however, Kristen started refusing to cooperate with the investigation. With witness testimony from [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #1], and Deputies’ observations of her behavior, Kristen was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunk. I secured Kristen in handcuffs, checked for proper fit, and double locked them.

Kristen was transported the the Paulding County Detention Center with no further incident.
