On January 23, 2026, at approximately 1406 hours, I was informed that someone at the Sheriff’s Office wanted to file a report regarding trespass.
The complainant, [VICTIM #1], stated that while she was at work, she received several ring camera notifications that someone was at her door. At approximately 1215 hours, when [VICTIM #1] opened the ring application, she observed a white male, about 5’11 and 200lbs, stepping out of a white van. The suspect, Michael Porter, is seen walking towards [VICTIM #1]’s side windows and looking into them. Michael then walks to the back of the house and is not shown on camera.
At approximately 1237 hours, [VICTIM #1] received another notification on her front ring camera. Michael is seen walking up the front porch stairs, approaching the door, and looking into the residence. Michael then walks away from the door and pulls out his cell phone. A few minutes go by, and Michael returns to the door, knocks, and then looks into the residence again. Michael grabs his phone, makes a phone call, and is seen pacing back and forth on the front yard.
Furthermore, [VICTIM #1] does not know who the subject is or what he was doing at her residence. [VICTIM #1] stated she felt unsafe and was worried for her kids, who stay at the house alone sometimes. [VICTIM #1] provided us with several ring camera videos of the subject and the car; however, the license plate was not visible in the videos provided.
Having the vehicle description and certain identifiers, the vehicle’s license plate was found through the Flock camera system. Michael was found to be the registered owner of license plate [REDACTED], and that is how he was identified. A warrant will be taken out on Michael Porter for Peeping Tom.
[End of Narrative]
