On November 6,2025, at 12:28 AM, I, Deputy Robinson, was dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Hunt Creek Drive for a 911 investigation.
Upon my arrival, the complainant, Rudolph Rodriguez, called Law Enforcement earlier in the morning at 12:12 AM on November 6,2025. Rudolph told Paulding Dispatch he did not want an ambulance, and he was paranoid. Rudolph also told them he would not speak with officers or ride with an ambulance.
I arrived at the above address and made contact with Rudolph. Rudolph stated he was fine and nothing had happened. Rudolph reiterated that he would not go with an ambulance. I asked Rudolph why he called Law Enforcement, and he said that his neighbor complained about him. Rudolph stated he was fine and everything was fine. Rudolph said he was bipolar and had schizophrenia. Rudolph stated he was fine, and he knew what was happening. I placed Rudolph under arrest for Unlawful Conduct during a 911 Phone call. I checked for proper fitting and double-locked the handcuffs. I conducted a search incident to arrest on Rudolph to ensure he had no weapons or contraband. I placed Rudolph in my rear passenger seat of my patrol vehicle.
I transported Rudolph to the Paulding County Jail. The Paulding County Jail staff took custody of Rudolph. I checked the rear seat of my patrol to ensure Rudolph did not leave contraband; he did not, and he returned to service after.
On November 6, 2025, at 05:04 AM, Paulding County Magistrate Judge Johnson signed the following arrest warrant for Rudolph.
Warrant Number 25-2957 Unlawful Conduct During 911 Call
