On 11/13/25 at approximately 2121 hours, I Deputy James Foy #398, did respond to a reported domestic disturbance at [900 BLOCK] Frey Rd Dallas GA 30132. Upon my arrival, I encountered Willie Daniels Jr as he was hurriedly walking from the incident location towards Dallas Acworth Hwy (SR 381).

I stopped him and asked if he was involved in the call for service that I was enroute to and he advised that he was. He was visibly upset and claimed that his mother identified as [VICTIM #1] had struck him about the head as she was upset with him being a homosexual. I observed no fresh injuries to his person but healed scaring from pervious injuries about his scalp and face as he alleged that he had been struck there.

I walked forward to the incident location and found [VICTIM #1] flat on her back in the driveway. She was being attended to [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. They both reside in the residence and advised that Willie and [VICTIM #1] resided in the camper located in the driveway.

[VICTIM #1] was asked what happened and she stated that Willie had punched her above her left breast which caused her to fall in the driveway causing her to further strike the right side of her head against the side of a car parked there. I inspected her head for injury as I had her remove the gray in color head wrap affixed to it.

I observed no visible injury and asked if she had lost consciousness during the altercation. She advised that she was uncertain at that moment. I had Paulding County Fire Rescue 11 and Engine 8 as well as Metro Ambulance Service #814 attend to her. I asked her what had caused the incident and she stated that Willie will go off on tangents and follow her around while yelling at her.

Tonight was the same but as she tried to get away from him, he punched her in the chest and struck her head. I then went back to Willie in the street who was also being attended to by on scene. At one point, Willie collapsed at the front of my car without loosing cautiousness.

I spoke with both [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] as the reside inside the residence. They advised that they had heard Willie yelling at [VICTIM #1] calling her a “B*tch” and that he will often follow her yelling at her. They advised that tonight had reached a point to where they felt the need to intercede only to find [VICTIM #1] on the ground in the driveway.

Medical personnel advised that his blood pressure was elevated to the point that they were fearful of him having a stroke. It was discovered that Willie had been shot seven times in Michigan in 2002. Four rounds had stuck his skull and three rounds impacted his upper torso.

One of the rounds that struck his head was not able to be surgically removed and thus remains inside his body. With his elevated blood pressure this caused concern for his medical well being. He refused ambulatory care as it was delayed due to high call volume. It was determined that criminal arrest warrants for Willie would be applied for and him to be taken into custody at a later time.

[VICTIM #1] was determined to be in need of immediate medical care as she had a stroke approximately one year prior and was still receiving therapy. I allowed Willie to return to his camper and observed him to be unsteady on his feet with an impaired gate when he walked. He was able to make it inside and said that he would call a friend around midnight to come and pick him up to go and stay with them. I watched all parties leave as [VICTIM #1] left by ambulance to Kennestone Hospital for further treatment.

I then left the scene but was requested back at the incident location approximately 30 minutes later and found the victim to be bleeding from the mouth, chin, and a small laceration atop of his head. Willie started to make accusations that his family had attacked him with unknown implements and that surrounding neighbors were involved as well. He further stated that his door to the trailer had been locked but then stated that only he and his mother had keys to said trailer.

I inspected the scene and found the interior of the camper to be the same as it had been prior to my previous departure. The blood spatter on scene was indicative of the bleeding party having fallen out side of the camper and then coming only a few feet inside only to exit. The bed that he claimed to have been sleeping in was still made and undisturbed.

The account of events causing my return to the incident location were determined to be suspect if not untrue. Metro Ambulance service #809 did respond and transport Willie to Cobb General Hospital for further treatment.

A copy of this report should be forwarded to GA Department of Adult Protective Services for future monitoring of [VICTIM #1].

Criminal arrest warrants for Willie will be applied for for the charges of Simple Battery (FVA) Upon An Elderly Person OCGA 16-5-23(c) and Reckless Conduct OCGA 16-5-60(b).
