COS: Employee washed hands.

Inspector Notes: Observed food contact surfaces such as counters and interiors of coolers not cleaned to sight and touch. Observed ice scoop for bulk ice machine stored on top of equipment surface (not cleaned to sight and touch). CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Health dept. to check back by correct by date. *5/5/26 UPDATE: Surfaces were all cleaned to sight and touch upon visit.

COS: Employee removed sanitizer bucket. Advised PIC to get something to store sanitizer bucket so it cannot contaminate as well as not be on the ground. *5/5/26 UPDATE: PIC had bucket 6″ off the ground.

CA: Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 6 inches above the floor. COS: PIC discarded contaminated fish and stored box of crabs off the floor.
