On Thursday, May 29, 2025, at approximately 2127 hours, Deputy Ray was dispatched to 473 Broad Street (Studio Neighborhood Bar) in reference to an assault.

Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1], a waitress at Studio, stated she is legally married but separated from Andrew Avina. [VICTIM #1] stated that Andrew is banned from the business. [VICTIM #1] stated that Andrew walked into the business trying to argue with her while she was working.

[VICTIM #1] stated that while Andrew was being escorted out of the business, he threw a vape at her leg. [VICTIM #1] stated she then called her boyfriend, [WITNESS #1], to advise him of the incident.

[WITNESS #1] stated he parked in front of the business in his black 2015 Toyota Camry (Ga Tag: [REDACTED]; VIN: [REDACTED]). [WITNESS #1] stated he saw Andrew driving in a 2015 Dodge Durango (Ga Tag: [REDACTED]; VIN: [REDACTED]) on the other side of the street from the business. [WITNESS #1] stated he watched Andrew drive on the same street as him in front of the business. [WITNESS #1] stated that Andrew started driving towards his vehicle. [WITNESS #1] stated that Andrew intentionally sideswiped his vehicle in an attempt to hit him.

Andrew was not on scene when Deputies arrived. CID was contacted, and Investigator Carter arrived on the scene. The case was turned over to Investigator Carter.
