On February 9th. 2026, at approximately 1556 hours DNR Officer Reed unit number 623 spotted a white male underneath the bridge located at Doug Barnard Pkwy. and Lumpkin Road smoking a clear in color pipe which resembled a crack pipe. Reed stated that the suspect was going in and out of a white in color Jeep Cherokee bearing GA Tag [REDACTED] parked below the bridge.

Cpl. Noah Johnson (C3) then arrived to the scene and noticed the white male under the bridge holding his p*nis in his hand with his pants and boxers down with the crack pipe in his other hand. Cpl. Johnson then detained the suspect and searched him. Cpl. Johnson located a small clear bag containing a white in color crystal substance in the suspects small right pants pocket. Cpl. Johnson then identified the suspect through GCIC as Mr. Anthony Ashley (Arrested). GCIC also indicated that the Jeep belonged to Ashley.

I Deputy Eric Butcher (S14) then arrived the scene. I then field tested the substance which yielded a positive test result for 1.6g of Methamphetamine. Cpl. Johnson notified RCSO Dispatch that Next List Tow was needed for the Jeep. I then placed Ashley into the back of my marked patrol vehicle and transported him to RCJ.
