On Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 08:13 hours, I, Deputy Alain Gagné (121), Deputy David Hopkins (128), and Cpl wesley Youngblood responded to 08:13 Alene Circle in reference to a sexual assault.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with the complainant above, [WITNESS #1], who stated that on the date in question, around 08:00 hours, she heard a commotion in the front yard and stepped outside. Her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the listed victim, was crying. She came toward her and told her, “He raped me and I did not do nothing”. She spent the night at the neighbor’s house ([3600 BLOCK] Alene Circle). She told her that she was sleeping in a bedroom with her friend (a girl), and when she woke up, she felt the suspect inside her. She turned around, and the suspect was getting up and took refuge behind a chair.

The listed suspect was located at 3404 Deans Bridge Road (Advanced Auto Parts) and taken into custody by deputies Hopkins and Mitchell.

CID (Inv. Hambrick and Christopher Brown) responded to the scene.

A black Taurus handgun (SN TLN44121) was found wrapped in the suspects hoodie and thrown inside the porta-potty tank, where the suspect was taken into custody. Deputy Mitchell confirmed that the firearm was NOT stolen with GCIC. The item was turned into the evidence locker at 400 Walton Way under property receipt 524733.

The suspect had been transported to CID by Deputy Hopkins.
