[NARRATIVE #1 on December 06, 2025]

On 12/6/25 at 0713 hours I, Deputy Taylor Dunbar (D073) responded to a suspicious situation at [400 BLOCK] East Boundary St Apt [REDACTED]. Arriving on scene I made contact with Cameron Ruff who was intoxicated and locked out of his apartment.

Ruff stated he had been out drinking and attempted to come home but his girlfriend locked him out. Ruff was too intoxicated to identify the name of his girlfriend and I attempted to make contact with the occupants inside but was unsuccessful after knocking multiple times. I advised Ruff to get property management to help get inside his residence.

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 06, 2025]

12/6/25 at 0755 hours I, Deputy Taylor Dunbar (D073) responded to [400 BLOCK] East Boundary Apt [REDACTED]. in reference to Cameron Ruff’s misuse of 911.

I initially responded to Ruff’s call at 0713 hours (25-240920) in which his girlfriend who he refused to identify locked him out of his apartment. After multiple attempts to make contact with residents I was unsuccessful and offered Ruff to transport him anywhere he wished to go but he refused. Ruff then called again (25-240935) shortly after I left initially. I responded to Ruff again for the same issue and I advised him again that I could give him transportation but was unable to get him in the apartment. Ruff then called again (25-240943) for the same issue.

All instances of Ruff calling dispatch he used 911 instead of the non emergency line. I then returned to [400 BLOCK] East Boundary and detained Ruff. Ruff was then transported to CBWDC where he was committed.

Warrants applied for and signed. McNeil (C564) in records notified.
