[VICTIM #1] stated that Christina Goodman is his wife and alleged that she frequently consumes alcohol and uses illegal narcotics. [VICTIM #1] advised that on the above date he attempted to take Christina and their children on a family outing; however, Christina wanted to attend separate activities involving individuals who consume alcohol and use illegal drugs.
