On 10/18/25 I, Dep Brad Daniels, responded to [3200 BLOCK] Alton Dr, in reference to a domestic dispute. [VICTIM #1], advised her boyfriend, Washington, Christopher, raped her.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she contacted Mr. Washington to pick her up from an unknown residence where she used cocaine and drank alcohol. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised when Mr. Washington arrived, he grabbed her by the throat and held her down on the front lawn of the residence and asked for her phone’s passcode but she refused. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she got into Mr. Washington’s vehicle and the two then drove to her residence.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised as they got to her neighborhood Mr. Washington stopped the vehicle in front of the community mailbox. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Washington stated, “Do you want me to take charge?” Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she responded “no” and Mr. [WASHINGTON], after turning her to her side, pulled down her pants and did, with his p*nis, penetrate her vag*na. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she did not know if Mr. Washington ejaculated. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Washington then drove her home and left the area.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] had several lacerations to her neck, arms, chest and legs. Photographs of the injuries were uploaded to evidence.com. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she was intoxicated during the incident but advised she was cognitive and aware.
Contact was made with Mr. Washington, via phone, and he denied any sexual intercourse took place with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. Washington advised he did not choke Ms. [VICTIM #1] advising he only touched her helping her up when she fell due to alcohol intoxication. Mr. Washington also advised en route to Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s residence she jumped from his moving vehicle several times. Mr. Washington when asked for his name and date of birth for the report declined and advised he did not want to answer any more questions.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she would be pressing charges at this time. No further action was taken and the CID on call Sgt Joshua Evans was notified and Inv Hambrick responded. A warrant for the arrest of Mr. Washington for rape was taken out by CID.
