V1 was traveling north on Henderson Rd at Hephzibah McBean Rd. The driver of V1 stated that he was unable to stop due to a vehicle following him too closely, causing him to run the stop sign at Henderson Rd and go off the road at Hephzibah McBean Rd because he was trying to avoid another vehicle, causing V1 to flip on its side. The driver was found at fault for failure to stop at the stop sign and failure to maintain lanes.
The driver of V1 left the scene and later returned. The driver of V1 was also charged with hit-and-run.
